Parts/Service Manager in Dyersville, IA

PARTS/SERVICE MANAGER A local company is looking to hire an experienced Parts/Service Manager. This company offers rental equipment and lawn & garden equipment and supplies to homeowners, landscape professionals, small contractors, local government and professional establishments. They are the largest Cub Cadet dealer in the Tri-State area, as well as the authorized dealer for many other brands of equipment and engines. The Parts Department supplies parts for all the equipment they sell as well for many brands of equipment. They can also order the parts they don?t keep in stock. The Service Department has a combined 60yrs for background between their Technicians attend training seminars provided by the companies they represent as well as take online classes to keep up to date with all the latest developments. This position is responsible for ordering parts, inventory control, assisting Technicians when necessary, as well as assist in increasing sales. The applicant must be highly organized, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to handle several tasks simultaneously.
